1. Introduction

Welcome to LogicFlo AI. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, process, and protect your data when you interact with our services. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Definitions/Data Classifications

  • Proprietary Data: Data owned and controlled exclusively by LogicFlo AI, including AI models, algorithms, and software infrastructure.

  • Open Source Data: Data or software components that are publicly accessible and used under applicable open-source licenses.

  • User Profile: Information associated with an individual user, including account details, preferences, and settings.

  • Personal Identification Data: Information that uniquely identifies an individual, including but not limited to email addresses, IP addresses, authentication credentials, and user contact details.

  • Activity Tracking: Collection of user interactions, such as logins, feature usage, generated content, and engagement analytics to enhance user experience and optimize product performance.

  • Generated Content: Any output generated through interactions with our AI-powered systems, including text responses, summaries, questions, answers and user-created content.

  • User Inputs: Any data actively provided by the user, including uploaded files, queries, search history, and form entries.

3. Data Collection and Usage

We collect the following data to improve user experience and ensure platform security:

  • Personal Identification Data (e.g., email address, IP address) for authentication and communication.

  • User Profile Information (e.g., settings, saved content) to ensure access controls and set permissions based on user.

  • Activity Tracking Data to analyze user interactions, feature usage, metadata on user generated content and to provide analytics on usage stats.

  • Stored User Data: Files uploaded by users are stored in chunks within a vector database in a secure storage blob on AWS(Amazon Web Services) S3 (cloud storage).

4. Data Processing and Retention

  • Our system uses a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) mechanism to retrieve stored chunks when generating AI-driven responses.

  • Generated content, including AI responses and user-generated content, is retained to improve system performance and ensure compliance with our usage policies.

  • Some user data like usage metrics, may be used for AI model training and product enhancement.

  • Upon user-initiated deletion, the files are permanently removed, while certain metadata (e.g., file size, timestamps, and user associated) may be retained for usage tracking.

5. Privacy and Security

We prioritize the security and privacy of your data by implementing robust protection measures to ensure its confidentiality and integrity.

  • We employ Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for secure user authentication.

  • All personal identification data is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

  • Strict access control policies ensure only authorized personnel can access sensitive data.

  • Real-time monitoring and logging mechanisms are in place to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

6. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or share Personal Identification Data with third parties.

  • Data may be shared with third-party service providers only to facilitate core functionalities (e.g., cloud hosting, authentication, AI inference), and such providers are contractually obligated to protect user data.

7. Model Training

We do not train on any of the users’ personal data and inputs. We use well reputed  third-party APIs like OpenAI API, Azure AI, or AWS Bedrock. We select our vendors based on their commitment to not training on your data. For detailed information on data handling, we recommend referring to their respective privacy policies:

Data that is generated using our services may be used for analysis and feature improvements to improve the product quality.

8. Third Party Services

Our platform integrates with third-party service providers to enhance functionality while ensuring compliance with data security and privacy standards. These providers include:

  • Cloud Storage & Infrastructure: We utilize AWS for hosting, storage, and computing needs, ensuring scalability and data security. This includes services like S3 for storage and EC2 for computing power.

  • Vector Database Management: We leverage Pinecone for fast and scalable vector search capabilities, enabling efficient retrieval of stored embeddings for AI-enhanced responses.

  • Graph Database Management: Neo4j is used for graph-based data modeling and relationship tracking, optimizing structured data storage and retrieval.

  • AI Model APIs: External AI APIs, such as OpenAI and Microsoft Azure, are integrated for AI-driven text generation, analysis, and recommendations.

While we ensure these providers adhere to strict security policies, we strongly recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for details on how they handle user data.

9. Links to Other Sites

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
