Logicflo AI is a Silicon Valley-based startup building the AI agent workforce platform for Healthcare and Bio Sciences companies. We're on a mission to eradicate manual workflow inefficiency in healthcare, where each day saved impacts millions of patient lives. We have raised a seed round from a global tier-1 VC, and are building a team of A-players to join us on this mission.
You will be part of the core founding team, working directly with the founders (alumni from IIT, Harvard, and Purdue). One founder has worked in the CEO’s office at Abbott Labs and headed Strategy and Ops at Dynamo AI, a Y Combinator-backed company specializing in GenAI privacy guardrails. The other is a seasoned AI engineer, with expertise in training, quantization, and deploying deep learning models on the edge for real-time robotic systems at Intuitive Surgical.
We are passionate about this problem because this is an inflection point in tech history to the scale of the internet, or the smartphone revolutions. Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and maintain robust frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript.
Build responsive, visually appealing UIs following modern UI/UX principles.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, adhering to best practices.
Debug and resolve technical issues to ensure seamless functionality.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in frontend applications using React.js and JavaScript.
Experience with Modern UI Frameworks – Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, Material-UI, or Styled Components.
Performance Optimization – Knowledge of code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering techniques.
Familiarity with API Integration – Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
Build Tools & CI/CD – Proficiency with Webpack, Vite, or Rollup, and experience setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Cloud Platforms – Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services is a bonus.
